Overview:
Young Family Dentistry was a new dental practice to the Hampton Roads area and needed consulting on their administrative department. They wanted to create an advertising campaign, create direct mail and social media marketing strategies for 2 years, and wanted to revise her Administrative department.

HB4W Designed and executed marketing campaigns to expand brand awareness by increasing engagement and distributing engaging marketing and advertising collateral. Created 32-page training manual and led bi-weekly training sessions for new and current employees. Created departmental roles and organizational management for new and existing employees.

The office staff were all up to date on all policies and procedures, certifications which adhere to the employee guidelines for the dental office. The processes and procedures developed by HB4W allowed the administrative staff to keep detailed records of all employees and payroll moving forward. Team morale boosted due to employee incentives and benefits. The overheard was reduced to 125% by utilizing the programs that were already in place from in-house software.

Wadada Healthy Market & Juice Bar

Overview:
To increase exposure to Wadada Healthy Market & Juice Bar beyond the local and regional scope. Enhancing the website that will allow customers to purchase online with ability to ship or select curbside service. Adding more creative content geared toward the store and its products can highlight the many health and wellness aspects of the market. Promoting products and unique services will create a buzz for new visitors to come and visit the store and purchase through the website.

Conclusion:
The success with Wadada was to ensure that they continue to reach – and convert – the thousands of followers who visit the market in-store or purchase online each day. The content creation involving the products sold in the store, along with daily dialog pertaining to health and wellness education has helped Wadada increase their sales steadily, and organically. Dr. David B. Todd Jr. Foundation

Overview:
The Dr. David B. Todd Jr. Foundation wanted to increase exposure and engagement to beyond the local and regional scope- promoting health and wellness as well as providing information regarding the Dr. David B. Todd Foundation Jr. and its affiliates. Dr. David B. Todd Jr. Foundation’s brand will help broaden their audience and gain exposure for followers to learn more about the Foundation and cardiovascular health within the Black community. Adding more creative content geared toward the Foundation and its services can highlight the many health and wellness achievements of Blacks in medicine.

We optimized the campaign to include specific location keywords and a customized marketing strategy to maximize volume and increase brand awareness of the Foundation and its mission. We also wanted to utilize all social media platforms to inform and educate the audience on donating to the Foundation, heart health and heart disease prevention. Once the campaigns were launched, we created promotions aligned with their fundraising initiatives while maintaining content on health and wellness.

Todd Jr. Foundation now has a comprehensive, actionable plan for strengthening the organization and can pursue the successful fundraising it needs for their annual scholarship program.
